Uluru, or Ayers Rock, is a massive sandstone monolith in the heart of the Northern Territory’s arid "Red Centre". The nearest large town is Alice Springs, 450km away. Uluru is sacred to indigenous Australians and is thought to have started forming around 550 million years ago.

Uluru is well known for its spectacular sunrises and sunsets. As the sunlight plays with the landscape, the rock formation change colors.

Taking the time to pause and contemplate the sunrise or sunset is always memorable. The vastness of the half-lit desert landscape, the grasses gently swaying in the breeze and the ever-changing rock texture offers a spectacle to experience.
